Brown wanted to end Means Testing!

Every NPC campaigner and beyond needs to watch it and note his delivery, then reflect what has happened since Labour came to power in 1997. Their U-turn has been the height of Political Hypocrisy ever since. Well over 50% of Pensioners have been subjected to Means Testing and it is anticipated this figure will rise to 75% if the BASIC STATE PENSION is not radically improved.
